Farm Vecchio Borgo di Inalbi, Impruneta, Florence, Chianti, Tuscany

The farm "Inalbi" is located on a hill near Florence and has a total area of 50 hectares including 20 hectares of Chianti Colli Fiorentini DOCG, IGT and table wine, 25 5 hectares of olive groves and wooded acres. Since 1970 our farm "Inalbi" produces Chianti DOCG, Vin Santo and White Wine in its 20 hectares of vines made ​​of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Malvasia, and an excellent extra virgin olive oil from its 7000 high quality olives: frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Moraiolo.
The accuracy of the methods of collection (still done by hand) until bottling guarantee the excellent quality of our products.

Inalbi farm to the mill, the processing stages of their olives are carefully followed by the Grifoni family and his collaborators. The constant search for quality is present in all phases of production of our extra virgin olive oil.
A special mention goes to our oil that was selected in 2008 by the Chamber of Commerce, as among the best in the province of Florence, acidity 0.15%, n. peroxides 5.7 (meq02/kg), tocopherols and biophenols 550 mg / kg.
